effect of the speed of rotation
Moving to the - slow rotation: reduce the speed of the jet, this increases the impact strength and length of the jet (impact distance).
Moving to the + rapid rotation: the increasing the rotational speed jet of the increases the number of droplets and impacts on the surface, this setting decreases the force of impacts and the jet length (distance impact).
The - and + signs indicate the variation of flow from the nozzle. More flow is important, the greater the impact will be strong and vice versa.
The marks + and – indicate the 2 rectilignes jets, the positioning between the two marks is used to modify the speed of rotation of the jet.
For a optimal impact force, the rotation of the jet should not be too fast, for this, the setting the piston mark must be positioned the side of the sign -.
It is better to make adjustments during operation.
You should not feel the vibration or hear rotation of the nozzle. If this is the case, reducing the rotational speed by moving the setting mark towards the sign -
Important : the adjustment is accurate, a modification of the adjustment stroke of 1mm can be enough to modify the rotating speed, the length of the jet and the impact force.
To adjust the jet, you only have to do a rotation of the body of the nozzle between the adjustment pictograms and the notch on the piston aluminum in order to choose the desired jet.
Attention: the adjustment stroke has to be limited between the two marks situated on the back of the base (two stops limit the adjustment stroke: do not force). (See photo opposite).
WORKING AND USE OF THE FITJET NOZZLE
The Fitjet nozzle includes a patented adjustment system.This system allows the adjustment during working of the flow rate, the pressure and the rotation speed and allows also to choose the fix jet position or rotating jet position.
An adjustment mark on the stainless part and pictograms on the body indicate the different positions for the adjustments (see picture hereafter).
