WORKING CONCEPT OF THE FITJET
The cleaning quality depends on the pump pressure and flow rate. These two parameters (pressure and flow rate) define the impact force on the surface to clean. This impact force varies if the adjustment of pump pressure is changed or if we use a different pump with a lower pressure and a bigger flow rate.
With the use of high pressure, there is a phenomenon of abrasion with a support attack.
Also, the impact force depends on the praying angle of the nozzle used; wider the angle is more the impact force decreases.
- Example: A nozzle with a flat jet angle of 15° allows only 30% of the impact force by cm2 compared to a straight jet (see table below).
