The Fitjet tube can be installed in the cratewashers particularly in “prewash” zone in relation to the average pressure circuit. Thus the efficiency of washing is much better.
TO ADAPT THE JET AND THE IMPACT FORCE TO THE CLEANING.
Use the rotating jet or long distance fix jet without changing of nozzle during working.
The Fitjet tube allows the fixed position jet or rotating jet during working. Thus no waste of time and no required additional nozzle.
To adjust the impact force to the needs by varying the rotation speed of the jet.
The Fitjet nozzle can regulate the rotation speed of the jet to vary, if necessary, the impact force according to the fragility of the support and the distance for washing (ground, table, sensitive equipments…)
TO OBTAIN MEDIUM PRESSURE FROM THE HIGH PRESSURE
The Fitjet allows to obtain medium pressure at nozzle exit (20 to 50 bars) starting from a high pressure pump without modification.
The Fitjet nozzle can be associated very simply to a high pressure pump without modification of the pump to obtain medium pressure at exit of the nozzle.
Thus we obtain all the advantages of the medium pressure and of the Fitjet nozzle previously mentioned (see chapter High Pressure).
