THE FITJET NOZZLE WAS DEVELOPED BY NECESSITY
ENDEA developed the Fitjet nozzle for its own needs.
ENDEA is a cleaning contractor firm in the food fields and more particularly in intensive breeding buildings cleaning for 10 years.
ENDEA must provide a service of quality (decontamination with controlled results) in a competing time without damaging the production equipments and by facilitating the work of the operators of the company (painfulness, musculoskeletal pain, reduced noise)
For that ENDEA chose at the beginning to wash with average pressure technology to avoid damaging cleaned surfaces, to facilitate the work of the operators, to guarantee the results of decontamination (see articles of press) and to limit the energy consumption.
The use of nozzle flat jet (angle 15° or 25°) at 40 bars limits the force of impact to eliminate the stains what increases the working time and does not allow an optimal result of decontamination (elimination of the stains, phenomenon of aerosol).
The rotating nozzles at high pressure deteriorate surfaces, increase the hardness for the operators and make difficult obtaining good results of decontamination.
Also ENDEA chose qualities without the defects of the various already existing options and chose to use a jet with small angle (which multiplies by 3 to 4 times the force of impact) at medium pressure and in rotation to cover a surface close to the flat jet into instantaneous.
The rotating nozzles present on the market are design for the high pressure and do not work at medium pressure with the desired flow (25 to 45 bars from 900 to 2400 l/hour) and remain of an important weigh.
Not having found the appropriate rotating nozzle, ENDEA decided to develop the rotary nozzle essential for the success of its services.
It is why the Fitjet nozzle was designed. At first, the Fitjet nozzle was validated by the operators of ENDEA. Taking into consideration interest of the innovation (improvement of the force of impact, working conditions, results of cleaning and decontamination, of its reliability and robustness) ENDEA patented the innovations of the Fitjet nozzle awarded by several innovation prizes and markets now the Fitjet nozzle.
